Shopping Information
How do i get free shipping ?
Free shipping applies to all U.S. mainland orders over $90 (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands). Free shipping is available on any kettlebell size/weight within the U.S. mainland.
why hasn`t my tracking updated ?
Once your order confirmation has been received, it can take 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. The tracking information is provided by the carrier and can take 24-48 hours to update accurate status of your package.

How long will it take to get my package?
Once your order is placed and confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with detailed tracking information.
Most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders placed on Fridays are exempt from this general shipping timeline and may take 5-7 business days to deliver.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends. Orders placed with any shipping method on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. This also applies to Holidays that fall on a Friday or Monday.
Depending on the amount of items ordered, some of our packages cannot be delivered to certain P.O. Boxes. We recommend using a physical address when placing an order. If there is an issue delivering your order to your PO Box, we will notify you as soon as possible.
While we will do everything possible to ensure your order is delivered on time, Westlandcrafts cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, or other carrier-related issues.
What if I am not there to receive my package?
If you can’t change your delivery address and no one else can accept the delivery at the delivery address, it may be left at a carrier’s facility. Please review the designated carrier’s policy for such circumstances (available from your tracking information link).
In some cases, the carrier may leave your order in a safe box at the address if it’s student accommodation, apartment, or your workplace. Although it is our mission to help where we can, once a package leaves our warehouse, the carrier is responsible to deliver and resolve lost package issues. Please make contact with the carrier to help resolve all delivery issues.
If your order is unable to be delivered and is returned back to us, we will attempt to contact you to correct the shipping address. If we are unable to get in touch with you, we will issue you a refund for the product price of your order.

what's westland crafts return policy?
NOTE : customer pays for sipping on any returns and exchanges.
Returns being sent from within the United States are simple and easy! We will accept returns and exchanges within 15 days (from the original purchase date) for issues such as:
Incorrect size (either too big or too small)
General dissatisfaction or complaint (don’t like it/thought it was something else)
For all returns: please keep the original packaging and refrain from washing or using the products. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or show visible signs of use.
Return Conditions:
Products must be in a clean condition, and free from hair, debris, or dirt to be accepted.
Products should be unworn and unwashed, and all original tags must remain attached.
Non-Returnable/Refundable Items:
Items that are discontinued or no longer available.
Items purchased on final sale, last chance sale, or limited-edition release.
Items reserved (on preorder) or requiring heavy item shipping are non-returnable or refundable.
